Abstract:
Public administration has for a few decades focused on innovation to solve the impossible tensions and needs of current societies. However, the understanding of creativity, appears to be limited to ideas of visual creativity and appearances, that are not relating to the artistic intelligence involved in creative work. In this presentation we showcase a framework of activities in administration, and forms of creativity, to pave a way towards artistic intelligence as a possible, situated and learnable practice in public administration.
